Proposes that field engagement needs both coherence C (signal amplitude) and perceptual sensitivity P (receiver gain), matched at the same operating point: READOUT = C × P. Adds a sixth criterion to the SOF protocol of Paper XXIII and a three-condition replication requirement, with no new free parameters.
