Paper XXXV: Coherence-Assisted Desalination: Water as the First Civilizational Application of the LTOE Framework | Trust Scalar

Proposes desalination as a coherence-increasing process and sets out five mechanisms, led by exclusion-zone water at hydrophilic surfaces, whose thickness the framework predicts is amplified by e^(kC).
